AVOID. Read the details/small print before putting any money in. Only play BINGO, not scratch cards!!!I put in £20 and played some scratches thinking my bonus was safe. My money went, and I contacted them about how to claim it. I was told that it was just the bingo, not the site. How many people must get caught out with that is god knows how many! Rip off site anyway. Loads of people not winning anything, maybe 34p in a game in the lower money zone. Pile of rubbish, AVOID. In all honesty, it is my first time on bingo, and I should have bought food with it or the national lottery. Rubbish odds still but would have felt better.The lesson here is actually more like "don't gamble."I learnt my lesson.**I have received a reply saying to reach out for clarification. That's what I did originally but it makes no difference and does not take away the facts. Generic replies do not fix these issues **

Highly recommended site very enjoyable and never a problem even won a few times on here but they always make sure your enjoying your play and not going over your limit

Going to leave out my username for sun bingo because for my positive review I don't except some magic wins to suddenly start happening on my account lol!. So I think this site is the best bingo site I have ever played on I've been on them all!. I havnt had any major wins but there constant promotions and free rooms excel every other site in my opinion. The bad reviews on here I don't understand cause in my opinion if your looking around for a bingo site to join this is the one trust me. I love there exclusive rooms mystic meg and winning head lines and even the exclusive slots, I am hooked on this site and no other site has ever compared in my eyes. I would kill to go back to a newbie with the amazing welcome pack and newbie room :(. I have withdrew on many occasions without any problems. I don't tend to talk in the chat rooms (I like to focus on the bingo) but everytime I click on chat for a little nosey everyone is so friendly and there's a lovely bond going on with the regular players and it seems they welcome anyone to the bingo family. This review still won't do it justice in my opinion I voted for them for the awards and was sick to my stomach that sites like gala had won over them they just don't get enougth credit for this amazing bingo site, for me gala ect are just in the dark holding a candle. They have me for along as I play bingo :) I hope to see them win some awards next time they totally deserve it.

I really enjoy playing on sun bingo it's fun but only thing I have a problem with is it's always same winners that win all time that's the only thing apart frm that it's good site I have limit to stick some nice friendly people on there and the hosts are nice

I cant understand all these bad reviews, i have been with Sun for 9 years and although i left for a while when the site changed hands i decided to give it another try and im glad i did. All the people complaining are probably people who havent won but at the end of the day it’s called Gambling! You cant win all the time and if you come on site expecting to win or trying to use bingo to make money then im afraid youre going to be disappointed, if your horse doesn’t win in the bookies do you go in complaining ?? And for the people moaning about verification you should know that all big sites are doing this, its not Sun bingo its the new gambling regulations set by the government. As frustrating as it is I had to go through it too! Anyway I love all the different rooms and games and have had some nice little wins over the years, i have also had weeks of bad luck too but that’s just the way it goes. I have made some good friends over the years including chat hosts too and the customer services team are great especially the VIP team, if i ever have a problem i ring and they are happy to help, honestly you couldn’t ask for more from a bingo site! I especially love all the promotions they do including bogof bingo, free bingo, deposit matches and chat games and the free spins which i have once made over 200 pounds off! People should actually try the site properly before giving it a bad review, I have tried a lot of sites and I stick with Sun. So the question is..........Are you gonna Bingo?

Took more deposits than I made and don't answer chat slots don't pay any wins at all and when u hit a feature u get x5 after losing x100 bingo same winners all day avoid at all costs one of the worst online

Awful, I joined and spent my £10 to be told that as I’d used PayPal it was not valid, apparently it’s very visible, According to sun bingo, They scam you. I’m not impressed and will pursue this, avoid do not get sucked in ????
